Terapi air

Apa sih terapi air?mungkin itu yang terbesit di  kepala kita saat baca judul artikel ini.terapi air sama seperti terapi biasanya,akan tetapi menggunakan air.

Pengin tahu caranya terapi air? Nih dia caranya.simak baik”ya

1.    waktu bangun pagi,sebelum cuci muka atau gosok gigi,minum 5-6 gelas air.kalau belum bisa boleh minum 4 gelas dulu,baruminum 2 gelas sisanya 2 menit setelahnya.

2.    1 jam setelah dan sebelumnya jangan makan apa apa yach.

3.    buat yang suka mabuk”an,jangan minum minum pada malam sebelumnya.

4.    pakai aja air yang sudah dimasak.kalau nggak bisa baru pakai air mineral kemasan atau galonan.

Apa manfaatnya?ini nich manfaatnya:

1.    dapat meringankan penyakit kronis(mis.kanker,dll)

2.    membuat tubuh semakin segar dan bugar

3.    menyembuhkan sakit kepala dan hipertensi

Daftar penyakit yang dapat diringankan sakitnya oleh terapi air:
